Purple Kush Recipe Of The Week
CHORIZO & WEED TAPAS IN RED WINE
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1oz/300 grams chorizo
- 2 bay leaves
- 20cl/7 fl oz Good quality red wine
- 1 cup of chopped marijuana
Method:
- Heat frying pan until hot and add sliced shallot, crushed garlic and olive oil. Fry for 2-3 mins or until softened
- Add the chopped chorizo (1 inch chunks) and fry for a further 1-2 mins or until crisp and oil from the chorizo is released.
- Add the marijuana, bay leaves and red wine and cook until wine reduces to just cover the chorizo.
- Finish off by serving in a dish with a sprinkling of parsley. VOILA!
