Purple Kush Recipe Of The Week

 CHORIZO & WEED TAPAS IN RED WINE 




Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1oz/300 grams chorizo
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 20cl/7 fl oz Good quality red wine
  • 1 cup of chopped marijuana

Method:

  1. Heat frying pan until hot and add sliced shallot, crushed garlic and olive oil. Fry for 2-3 mins or until softened
  2. Add the chopped chorizo (1 inch chunks) and fry for a further 1-2 mins or until crisp and oil from the chorizo is released.
  3. Add the marijuana, bay leaves and red wine and cook until wine reduces to just cover the chorizo.
  4. Finish off by serving in a dish with a sprinkling of parsley. VOILA!
